Affogato Cocktail

This after-dinner cocktail pairs a nutty Santa Monica espresso shot with ice-cream and chocolate to create this perfect Italian classic dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 ozGrappa or Brandy
  • 1/2 oz Coffee liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Crème de Cacao
  • 1 Espresso shot (Portfolio Santa Monica)
  • 1 scoop Vanilla ice-cream
  • 3 Santa Monica coffee beans, for garnish

How to make:

  1. Blend all ingredients with 3 ice cubes
  2. Slowly pour into Coupe glass
  3. Float 3 coffee beans
  4. Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz cognac or brandy
  • 1 oz amaretto liqueur
  • 6 oz black coffee (Portfolio Inga Aponte, or to taste
  • Whipped cream, for garnish
  • Shaved almonds, for garnish

How to make:

  1. Pour cognac and amaretto into Irish coffee glass
  2. Fill with freshly brewed Portfolio Inga Aponte
  3. Top with whipped cream and shaved almonds
  4. Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 2 Espresso shots chilled (Portfolio Cachoeira)
  • 2 oz Rye or Whisky
  • 1 oz Pimm's Cup No. 1 or orange liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Simple syrup
  • Orange peel, for garnish
  • Maraschino, for garnish
  • Ice

How to Make:

  1. Pull a double shot of Cachoeira espresso and chill
  2. Pour ingredients with ice in cocktail mix
  3. Stir well
  4. Place a large ice cube in a rock glass
  5. Strain over ice
  6. Garnish with orange peel and maraschino cherry
  7. Serve and enjoy

Salted Caramel Coffee Espresso Martini

Satisfy you and your lovers’ sweet tooth with this espresso-style vodka martini. Sweet salted-caramel, creamy coffee liqueur and chocolatey Eldorado espresso. A delightful cocktail combines these flavors into a delicious dessert beverage for your Valentine after-dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 oz Kahlua
  • 1 oz vodka
  • 2 Espresso shots (Portfolio Eldorado)
  • Salt
  • Caramel sauce
  • Ice

How to make:

  1. Rim the martini glass with caramel syrup and sprinkle with salt
  2. Drizzle caramel syrup on the insides of your glass
  3. Pull espresso shot and chill
  4. Add ice ¾ full to shaker
  5. Pour vodka, Kahlua, espresso and into shaker
  6. Shake well for 15 seconds
  7. Strain into martini glass and serve
