All orders are packed and shipped from our headquarters in Toronto, Ontario. We offer FREE Canada-wide shipping for all orders over $45 CAD, no code needed. We also offer accelerated courier delivery to most of Toronto and free local pick-up at our coffee roaster location.
At checkout you can select the option to come pick up your online order in-person at our headquarters.
We do not charge any fees for pick-up. Our address is:

After placing your order our team will prepare your coffee and send you an email confirming it is ready for pick-up. Once it is ready, please head to our address and we will be waiting for you from 10AM to 5PM from Monday to Friday, holidays excepted.

If your delivery address belong to a postal code eligible for accelerated local courier service you will see this option at checkout. Local courier service allows you to select the day and time of your delivery as accurate as an one-hour window and is available from Monday to Friday.
For orders under $45 there is a flat fee of $11
Orders over $45 have a flat fee of $2.99
After selecting local courier as your shipping option at checkout and placing your order, you will receive an email and a text message (SMS) asking you to select the day and one-hour window for your delivery.
Courier deliveries are offered from Monday to Friday and, depending on the time of your order you might see options as early as same-day delivery.
After selecting your one-hour window you will get a confirmation via email and text message (SMS).
When the driver is on its way, you will receive a text message (SMS) with a link where you can get an approximate ETA - within your scheduled one-hour window - and track the driver on a map just like Uber.
All customers selecting traditional shipping as shipping option can expect their orders to be shipped the next business day.
Estimated shipping times start counting from the day the order is shipped. You will receive an email confirming your order has be shipped along with a tracking number with which you can track your delivery directly in the courier's website.
Please note all shipping partners are experiencing an unprecedented surge in demand and some deliveries might experience delays.
